I have the best family in the world. My wife and I have been married—to each other—since 1985 and have two fantastic children, whom we named after all four of their grandparents. We are all very active in our community.

By trade, I am a comprehensive manager of people, projects, products and services with extensive experience in smaller, growth-oriented corporations, where large departments with many specialists do not exist. I have consistently set and achieved response, sales, revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals in B2B, B2C and franchising environments. My unique skills include building teams and developing strategies that integrate efforts across conventional departmental and functional boundaries and I have been recognized as an exceptional writer, presenter and facilitator who can connect with audiences from all organizational levels.

An avid motorcyclist, I served as president of the Illini Free Spirit Riders, a chapter of the Honda Riders Club of America, in 2008 and was re-elected to serve again in 2009.  My other outside interests include many family-oriented activities, domestic travel, cooking, writing and public speaking.
