I have the best family in the world. My wife and I have been married—to each other—since 1985 and have two fantastic children, whom we named after all four of their grandparents. We are all very active in our community.
By trade, I am a communications professional with more than 15 years of service industry experience. My ability to connect with audiences on all organizational levels, verbally and in writing, have enabled me to generate effective content for customer, employee and vendor relations as well as marketing, training and procedural documentation. My supervisory credentials, which span from front-line operations to the director level, further enhance my ability to communicate with consistency and integrity.
I regularly contribute my time and talent as a volunteer with several local organizations.

An avid motorcyclist, I am an active member
of the
Illini Free Spirit Riders, a chapter of the Honda Riders Club of America, where I served as president in 2008 and 2009.
I also belong to the
North American 40+ Touring Riders of Illinois. My other outside interests include many family-oriented
activities, domestic travel, cooking, writing and public speaking.
